Congenital Ectodermal Dysplasia

Two cases of phenotypically similar ectodermal dysplasia characterised by reduction of hair, diminished sweat pores, missing teeth and somewhat cracked and abnormal skin were studied to understand the genetic basis of this disorder with the help of pedigrees.
